[cisco-voip] IPCC Express Premium 4.0(3) Dual Server Setup Questions?

My understanding is that for the services, for which you want to have
redundancy, you have to activate and run on both servers. They will
automatically run in a master/slave mode iwth the master taking calls,
playing prompts etc. Once the master fails, the slave takes over the
master role and starts being active. This scenario remains until slave
fails, e.g. it does not fail-back even if the master becomes alive in
the meanwhile.
With very little or no available documentation on IPCCx high
availability install/config this is all just from my experience, so I
might be completely wrong ;)

Cheers,
ML
