If you are on 4.1(3)sr3 CCM then there is an engineering Fix for this
issue.

In System, Enterprise Parameters, right at the bottom, under the heading
"Cisco Support Use" ...

Put the following code in the "Cisco Support Use 1" field.

CSCsb42763

This will allow call pickup within hunt groups.

If you are on 4.2 CCM then this feature is not supported at present,
until an engineering fix is released.
