Just gave your suggestion a shot and we can't seem to reproduce the error now. Thanks!

DBLHelper is purely for SQL replication/job status and name
resolution. It has no bearing on this issue whatsoever.

That said, try the following:

1) Open a command window on the Cisco CallManager.
2) Go to the c:\Program Files\Cisco\bin directory.
3) Run regsvr32 dblx.dll.

Check the RIS Data Collector service... you may need to reboot the
cluster to get everything back in sync...

BTW, usually, you get that error on the SUB...

Just upgraded from 4.0(2)a to 4.1(3)SR3c. When trying to open line
configuration pages on the publisher I get:

The following error occurred while attempting to retrieve and display
the requested information:

Automation server can't create object (-2146827859)

This doesn't occur when I do it from the Subscriber. Anyone seen
this before I go to TAC?
