[cisco-voip] Forwarding / Common Profiles in BAT

In BAT (5.2(1)), how can I set up new users/phones to forward to
voicemail? There's a check box in the actual DN entry to forward to VM,
but the functionality doesn't exist in the Excel spreadsheet. Neither do
Common Profiles, for that matter. Is it considered typical to have to go
back through every BAT-added user and change these settings, or am I
missing something obvious?
