[cisco-voip] Dial from Outlook ?

We're running CM 4.1(2)es40, with Outlook 2003 SP2 on WinXP SP2
desktops.  What's the easiest way for the users to use dialing from
Outlook?  All phones are 7970s.  I know Cisco has a built-in way to do
it, but if I remember correctly, it wasn't the cleanest way.  Are there
third party tools that can do this also?
