[cisco-voip] Customized Softkey

As far as I know, there are no customized softkeys available without a service. That is, you cannot define a softkey in the "on-hook" state. You have to activate a service in order to get this.

I'd be happy to be proven wrong on this.

  Can someone recommend a 3rd party company that can make a customized softkey that when pressed will show about 5 lines of information?  Thanks in advance.
