[cisco-voip] Route pattern prefixing a "+"

Has anyone connected CM4 to a Level3 SIP Trunk?
They have told me that I will need to get my outbound calls to match
e.164 patterns.
I am new to SIP trunks, as most of my offices use PRI's.
Any thoughts?

Is there a way to escape the character so it is not treated as special?
Possibly the equivalent of \+

Thanks.

CM treats + as a special character meaning 1 or more of the previous
character. CM does not treat + as a digit. I do not know of anyway to
have CM prefix a + on the number.
