[cisco-voip] Software to view phone status

Our HR group has asked if there is a way they can tell if someone is on
the phone when calling them.  They've asked for something like the
Attendant Console because it shows the phone status.  I've told them
they can't have the Console software, but that I'd look for an
alternative.

Any ideas?
