[cisco-voip] unity log on accts

There is a way in Unity to create a CoS - class of service - that determines
what people can and cannot do in the Unity web admin interface.  I'd start
there.

We have a site with unified messaging,  and we want to find a way to
delegate the admin responsibilities.  We have the admin acct that was
created during the install and it works find.  But is there a way to create
groups in AD and assign the users in that group correct rights to administer
unity
