[cisco-voip] MOH drop folder issue in callmanager

A former peer of mine discovered a similar if not duplicate issue. Here is a
copy of the info he provided:

Scenario:

User drops a wav file or mp3 into the DropMoHFilesHere directory and it just
sits there, it will not convert…

Problem:

File is not inheriting permissions from parent directory and you get an
'file access denied' in the traces… Even though 'Allow inheritable
permissions from parent to propagate to this object' is checked on the
parent directory.

Solution:

Right click on the file in question, go to properties, click the security
tab, click add, sort by name of account and add these accounts to the file
permissions: CCMCDR, CCMService, CCMServiceRW and CCMUser. When you hit
apply, the file will disappear… If not, give each of these accounts full
control.

Hope this helps!
