[cisco-voip] ccm 4.0 on laptop - help

hi all

trying to learn ccm.  i got the steps on how to install on pc went through.
i did vmware + cisco os sr
all were good.
when i try to install  i get the following error message in the log.
"	Did not find file:	"C:\Program Files\Common 
Files\Cisco\Logs\CCMServices.ctl"

i can not go on without making it work.
any idea?
