[cisco-voip] translation of empty calling number

Aleksandar,

In Call Manager configuration go to Service, Service Parameters and
select your Publisher server and Cisco CallManager as the service.
Press the Advanced button.  Scroll down through the list until you get
to the "Clusterwide Parameters (Device - General)" section and go to
"Unknown Caller ID" option.  This will allow you to enter a Number for a
call with no Caller ID.  The "Unknown Caller ID Text" option will allow
you to enter the text to be displayed on the phone.
