[cisco-voip] Cisco Unity Connection 1.2.1

I will warn you though that TAC will basically tell you they can't support
you if you do this. In fact in one instance they thought I had used the
switch and basically told me to wipe and start over using the PCD.

I have also had some weird things happen on my test box, that were only
corrected when I installed with the PCD.
