[cisco-voip] CM 5.x or 6.x

I have no idea what CM 6.x uses (will use?).  5.x uses a web browser  
for the CCMAdmin and ssh for the console.

According to http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/systems/unified/ 
unified1/relnotes/rnc50ipt.htm#wp1326480 IPCC Express 4.5(2) will  
work with CM 5.0(2) and later.
