[cisco-voip] simple ldap query tools (command line preferred)

Anyone have any simple LDAP query tools they use on Windows? I want to write a quick batch file that will allow admin staff to search for userIDs based on a controlled device, i.e. MAC address.

I can do what I need to do with DC Directory, but it doesn't meet our needs.
