I've only seen this happen when CSA or AV was not shut down before the
BARS installation.

I ruled out CSA already. I also have BARS 4.0.10 on a IPXXx 4.0.2 and it
is running just fine as well. I will give it another try and see what
happens.

Are you sure it's not a CSA issue? I had a problem with the CSA client
and upgraded it to solve the problem.
Scott
PS. I have BARS 4.0.10 on my IPCCx 4.0.1sr1 build 055 working fine.

Well that's too bad considering 4.10 is what caused the services to
stop. I will give it another try with 4.10 and see what happens.

I just looked at this last weekend and according to the metric only
4.0.10 is supported on IPCCx.

Can someone send me the link on what version of BARS is compatible with
IPCC 4.0.4? I have BARS 4.10 and when I put it on the IPCC server none
of the CRS services would start. After I uninstalled BARS the services
started back up. I was going to try BARS 4.11 but I want to make sure
this does not happen again. Thanks.
