[cisco-voip] call quality issues between gateway and Unity

Thanks for the quick response.

That does sound like my problem although the solutions don't apply to me.

I haven't been able to catch an active call that has these symptoms but I
took a look at the last 100 calls via the show call hist voice command and
the values don't look to me to show much jitter.

There were no lost packets
Only a few calls had 2 or 3 late packets; one call had 7 late packets.
Only a few calls had non-zero values for the GapFilledWith... lines.

I might be interpreting the output wrong though.
