[cisco-voip] Why some IOS in cisco router can use OID get E1/T1 usage status and others got fai l

I find some IOS version of router can use  OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.4.0  by mrtg to get E1/T1 channel usage ,but others not. how can i do it ? it is impossible to change the IOS version of router in production, can you give some suggestion for me ,thanks
