I got around that by blanking out the device default for IP
Communicator, that way it does not try an auto-update.

Subject: [cisco-voip] IP Communicator - AutoUpdate Error

We did our first install of IP Communicator v2.0.1.1, but whenever we
open the application, we get a pop-up message that says "The following
AutoUpdate path is not supported: 2.0.1.1 -> 1.1.3.0" You then click
OK and you're able to work in IP Communicator just fine.

I asked a similar question a few weeks ago as my device defaults shows
"CIPC-1-1-3-0", because Cisco does not have the sccp file that installs
on the TFTP server. Has anyone run into this? Does anyone have the
sccp file that you install on the CallManager?

Thanks in advance,
Stu "see you at CIPTUG 2006" Packett
