What I did was to use the BAT and insert dummy phones and encode the 
status in the description:  "Miami Available-xxx xxx xxxx", etc.  That 
way when I need a DID I can just do a search for phone where description 
contains available and see what I've got.  When a DID becomes free I 
change the description to put it back in the available pool.
