[cisco-voip] Increase volume on IP side of FXO call

Hi

Is it possible to increase the call volume for the IP phone user on calls
through an FXO port?  If I'm not mistaken, the input gain and output
attenuation only affect the analog side of the call.

I have a customer with a  remote location where the volume on external calls
is very low and apparantly using the IP phone volume control doesn't help
enough.
