[cisco-voip] fwd Unity messaging will not play

We install an application called mVoicemail from MotionApps on all our
smart phones. It plays the .wav files just fine as the application can
handle the codecs. I highly suggest you give it a try. A good amount
of our users are just playing the .wav files instead of calling into the
voicemail system to check voicemails.
