[cisco-voip] add the prefix on missed and incoming call on CM

Well, in CCM it is more of all or nothing thing since there isn't really a good way to filter and decide what to add what prefixes to. If you have a MGCP Gateway and Q.931 (PRI) interface you can set the service parameters and what prefix you want for national/unknown/subscriber and international number types. But then this also depends solely on the numbers coming in with that number plan so it can match right, and still no way to do any filter or match logic in call manager at moment so there will be hits and misses still.
To get full control of this, a H.323 gateway and translation rules/profiles would work better.
There may be another cisco application that may work better or a third party app.

I trying to configure cm to add prefix to the incoming and missed calls in our directory on cm.. I went thu the doc on how to configure it. But do any one know how to add one for incoming local and LD. It seems that I can only create a translation pattern for one or the other.
