[cisco-voip] message notification schedule change in bulk

There is no way to do this that I know of.  Well, not without changing
subscriber templates, deleting and re-adding your users.

We have about 150 users all with message notification.  The default
schedule is 8 to 5 mon to fri.  Is there some type of way to change this
in bulk?  I change the subscriber's vm schedule but this does not change
the message notification schedule
