[cisco-voip] Re-Routing Unallocated Calls

Works great. Put a translation for 44XXXX to route to Unity (we are on
a 6 digit plan) in a separate Translation-Inbound partition seen by the
campus CSS and it routes right through.

Cheers!

Sure, just setup a X mask route and point it at a Unity call handler or
your operator's DN.

For instance, if you're a 4-digit dial plan, suck in XXXX by putting it
in the partition where your line 1 dn's are and route it to 0 for the
operator (if so configured) or say 1000 if that were the DN for your
call handler.

If a call is determined "Unallocated" by the gateway/callmanager, is
there a way to automatically send these calls to an auto attendant (or
even get them answered by callmanager and some kind of treatement
performed)?

Thanks in advance,
