[cisco-voip] One users calls not showing up in ART Department report

A couple of things come to mind:
1) The user does not have a DN assigned in Global Directory or "User
Owner ID" not assigned on the device.
2) The DN is a shared line

Have a CDR/ART report where we do a user department report and select
this one users extension and it reports 0 calls made. There are other
users with same setup that show calls for this report. I looked at the
ART database and the billing_data table and did a query and see plenty
of entries for this extension/user making calls.
Checked the global directory and compared this user against others who
show data for same report, and they are set for same department, etc.
Anyone have any ideas?
