[cisco-voip] outbound only FXO

Robert,

If you don't want to allow inbound calls simply do not configure a plar 
destination.  Since these are FXO there is no method of receiving called 
party number so the call will not route to any destination.   There is a 
possible toll fraud issue there if your config allows an external user 
to draw dialtone and then enter any digits to dial a destination.

Another option would be to PLAR the ports to an invalid number.
