I have an issue where an inbound call translates to a DN but the caller
is getting sent directly to VM instead of ringing the phone. I have
attached some debug voip ccapi inout and the ephone status. It shows the
call being redirect to their second DN 2135 which it should if it is
busy and then to VM 8000. If I reset the phone it will start working but
this has been happening to this site sporadically and I do not want to
constantly reset phones. Any suggestion on why CH1 and CH2 show down on
the phone?
