[cisco-voip] 7935 / 7936 - That key is not active here

Apparently (I was told today) that a few weeks ago several of the 7935
and 7936 conference phones started acting flakey when our employees
attempted to conference in additional users.  They would have one person
on the phone and attempt to conference in a second and when they pushed
the conference softkey (after having them on the line) they would
receive a error saying that "That key is not active here".  They powered
cycled the phone and still got this error.  They then changed the order
in which the called people and the problem seemed to resolve itself.
Has anyone else ran into this issue?  Will they get this as a warning if
there is not enough conferencing resources available in the DSP farm?
