[cisco-voip] No of calls made

Thanks guys, it appears that the CDR Enabled Flag is set to False and I
have no records in any of the directories. Is this the only way I would
have been able to get this information?

Are records being inserted into the DB? Are there files backing up in
the \CDR, CMR, & Bad directories? Like stated by someone else, do you
have CDR's & CMR's enabled on all nodes? I assume that the records are
being classified properly....

I have entered the formula 

select * from CallDetailRecord where datetimeconnect > '1127606400'

and when I click on the check mark it says The command(s) completed
successfully but I don not get any results when I execute the query just
(0 row(s) affected)

Any idea's?

Ok, I do have the CDR Insert activated on the Publisher, I must be doing
something worn in the query analyser.

CDR Insert only runs on the publisher and is responsible for inserting
the CDR records generated by the CM process on each call processing node
into the database.  Since the CDR database only runs on the publisher it
wastes resources if you enable it on a subscriber (and it will throw
errors to the app log stating so if you do run it on a sub).

I presume I have to have the Cisco CDR Insert service activated for this
to work? I do not have it activated on both of my subscribers, if this
is the case is there no way I can find this information out?
