[cisco-voip] FastDials in CM5

Anyone familiar with how to configure a fastdials service URL button in
Callmanager 5? I found where the URL and parameters changed, but I can't
find what the fast dials URL would be. Users arent going to want to dial in
their userID, PIN, hit some more buttons, etc, to get to "Fast" dials :).
