I don't need the complexity, I just want to forward a phone to a cell phone, none of that fancy dual ringing stuff.

Subject: [cisco-voip] forwarding information presented to cell phones
This has been raised before, but I'm hoping someone who has this working can work out a few details with me. I'd like to be able to display the original calling number to the end device, but right now I am seeing my outbound mask. I've got route patterns set up so that they don't use the calling party external phone number mask and I input all 10 digits of the Calling Party Transform Mask that I want. This is what I see on the cell phone.
I recall reading somewhere that if I were to change this route pattern to use the calling party external phone number mask, the correct forwarded number would be presented on the Cell phone.
Can anyone confirm this? I have setup my gateways so that the "originator" is selected as calling party presentation (or whatever that field was).
Thanks, Lelio
