[cisco-voip] Strange Messages in Phone Debug Log

I believe 8103 and 8106 are normal phone resets and no so concerning.  
The 30f with corresponding Config Task Call Stack represents a crash in 
the phone software and that is the stack trace.  This would cause the 
phone to reboot to recover.
