These are sites that are configured with Gig-E across a dark fiber ring.
Our strategy is a centralized cluster split across our 2 data center
locations. Perhaps I should look at locating backup CCM servers these
sites.

Steven,
I have a few customers that are this size, and we recommended a CCM
server to sit there.
The control and phone upgrades would kill a WAN link.
DO you have a DS-3 here?
Or at least a frac ds-3?

Subject: [cisco-voip] SRST and Large Sites

Curious as to how or if anyone uses SRST for large sites (500+)
telephones. Does any one do this and if so how do they have it set up
-
for instance all users to one 3845 router or are they spread across a
couple of routers.

Thanks!
Steve
