How heavy is the volume of calls at the site? I have a site with 2
PRI's (about 160 users) that was getting inundated with calls yesterday.
They claim that they were having slow downs transferring calls when the
traffic was heavy. Not sure what would cause this but wondering if your
location was similar.

I'm running cm 4.1.3sr2 and I have a remote site complaining of long
delays in transfers and answering. Does anyone have any idea where to
start with this?

I have not been out to the remote site to personally check.

Scott
