It's in the \commserver directory. You run it from the command line, for
example if you want to assign the EAdmin rights to a particular userID:
GrantUnityAccess -u NT4DOMAIN\userID -s EAdmin

I couldn't remember the GrantUnityAccess utility.

You can create the same COS on the PBX Unity server and assign a
subscriber to it. Now, you'll need GrantUnityAccess for all HelpDesk
users to this particular subscriber.

I have two Unity servers both running unity 4.0.5. one connected to my
CM 4.1.3sr2 and one to my old PBX. Both are digitally networked and
working fine.
I have made myself an admin on the CM Unity box and then had to so some
utility to make myself an admin on the PBX Unity server.
I have now made a COS on the CM Unity server for our Helpdesk to
add/change/delete subscribers but now how do I do that on the PBX Unity
server?
