[cisco-voip] Unity Directory Handler forwards callers straight to user's voicmailbox

Hello,

 

All my Unity Directory handlers are going straight to VM and not ringing
the lines of the subscribers.  Checked the DNA from the voicemail port
to the endpoint and it shows that it should go through...I also made the
phone a one-off number so there is no translation overlap or alternate
matches.

 

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
