Are the 5.1 customers upgrades or fresh installs?

If a cust has a call center, we are keeping them on CCM 4.1... we don't
trust 4.5 (and we have a lot of customers who are HA, so they can't)... 

CCM5.1 is pretty cool actually... haven't had any problems reported from
custs... which is kinda strange, I was expecting more whining from these
people...

Second question:  For those who are running CM 5.1 how are you liking
it?  Is it stable enough for productions?  I notice the GUI is a little
different, but what are things that have been hard to get use to?  Why
would you not upgrade / installed if given the choice again.
