[cisco-voip] Need more than 15 translation rules for an inboundtranslation on CCME

You can use "dialplan pattern" if at least a couple of
digits line up, DID 4015 = DN 6015 for example. If not
you can use num-exp but be careful with it since
everytime the first part of the num-exp is matched it
is automatically translated.
Ex.
num-exp 4015 6015
If a user dials an external pattern of 914082334015 it
will be changed to 914082336015. The workaround for
this is to get the telco to send more digits.
ex
num-exp 4084144015 6015.
