[cisco-voip] CallManager Express v3.3 on IOS 12.3.14T7 Phantom Ringing...

So, a phone rings, but all the line states show idle... then another and
another and another... every phone rings, no notice that a call is coming
in, except for the ringing... you cannot answer the call, if you go off
hook, you select an unused line...

So, I am not sure how to search for bugs for CME... found nothing by IOS and
you can't select CME from the other products box...
