[cisco-voip] CallManager Express v3.3 on IOS 12.3.14T7 Phantom Ringing...

No, I am looking at the phones when a phantom call comes in... there is an
empty box (no call info) and none of the lines are flashing or doing the
little phone ringing dance...

There is nothing on the router itself...
