[cisco-voip] Call Manager 4.3 & Win 2003 Upgrade experiences ?

I've upgraded a lab CCM 4.2 to 4.3 and it worked as advertised. The
process reminded me a little bit of the CCM 3.2 to 3.3 upgrade since the
OS has to be re-imaged and data (BARS backup) imported during the
install.  What I like most about it is that it's the perfect opportunity
to produce a clean OS, cruft-free.
