[cisco-voip] FoIP Problem

 Having a problem connecting to certain FAX machines from a RightFax
server using SIP/T.38 fax relay. On the
faxes that fail a  trace indicates that I am receiving a 1800 Hz tone
as opposed to a 2100 Hz CED tone.  Any advice would be appreciated.
Could these be Group 2 fax machines? As far as I can tell only Group 3
is supported by T38.
