We're testing the personal version at the moment and we're having some odd
problems where 7940 phones will get into an unusable state (one-way audio
permanently - you can't hear the person using the 7940). Reboot of the phone
doesn't fix it. Can't find any "clear" commands on CCME to fix it. Need to
reboot the CCME box to bring it back. Very odd.
 
It's intermittent - for the record we're running 12.4(9)T1 and associated
phone loads (don't know the exact versions off the top of my head). Very
strange...
