[cisco-voip] upgrade CM 5.0 to 5.1

If the OK is right after IDS WILL START I have seen the same thing on a clean upgrade from a fresh 5.04 install.
It sits and sits and sits for a few hours and then finishes up as failed. Since this was my first time installing on VMware I ended up just restarting with 5.1 media and that worked fine.

I have a VM of 5.0 and am upgrading it to 5.1.  the log as got to OK but never goes any further.  What's up?  It's been upgrading for over 2 hours now.
