[cisco-voip] Special characters in CME 4.0

Hi,

I have been searching quite for a while: how do I code a label in CME that 
contains special characters? I tried all sorts of ä and &#00E4; stuff 
with no success so far. I assume it's quite easy but I have not found the 
right document yet.

Any help is appreciated.
