[cisco-voip] IPCCX upgrade and CAD

We are planning on upgrading to IPCCX 4.0.5 soon.  I would like to get a
copy of the CAD/CSD client version 6.1.4.5.  Has anyone done the upgrade
yet and would anyone have a copy of the CAD/CSD that they would be
willing to let me use to test so I can plan deployment of it?  I would
appreciate any help I could get for this
