Hi Ryan,
It sounds like the stat you're pulling is "convLongestWaitDuration". I believe the one you're looking for is "convOldestContact" which is the length of time the oldest contact has been waiting in a given CSQ.
Out of curiosity, what type of wallboard are you working with?
Hope that helps,
Ryan

Subject: [cisco-voip] Real Time wait time to Wallboard
Hello all,
We are using a Wallboard with UCCX 4.5, we are trying to figure out
how to show the how long calls have been waiting in a specific Q.
Right now it seems to show a statistic of the "over all" average wait
time in a CSQ for a "the day" so for example if the first call that
came in waited 2 min's that stat would show 2 min's all day even if
calls are being answered without waiting in Queue for the rest of the
day. I guess what we are looking for a is a field that show real time
wait time for individual CSQ's.
