[cisco-voip] Carve out a T1

We have some old Aspect systems that communicate across standard point
to point T1 circuits. Is there any way to carve out a T1 from an IP MAN
to support this as opposed to ordering carrier circuits? I am familiar
with Transparent Common Channel Signaling (T-CCS) but that uses a
specific time slot for signaling. I think the Aspect uses a proprietary
method.

Is there a way I could configure a DS0 group at each site where an
Aspect is present and nail up the 24 timeslots between the 2 DS0
groups?

Thanks,
