[cisco-voip] Conficting messages with UM

I've seen this when two clients were logged into the same mailbox. 
Nothing we could really do about it, unfortunately, other than log the 
other one out. If that's not what is going on, you should be able to at 
least narrow it down to a client or server side issue by checking out 
the full message headers of the message. If they have the same 
Message-ID, it's likely something client side making a duplicate of the 
message, if they have different IDs, then the message is somehow getting 
submitted twice.
